Affordable, recreational ball hockey programs for ages 6–15 at the RA Centre.
Ball hockey lets Ottawa athletes ages 6–15 enjoy the pace of hockey without ice time or expensive gear, with sticks, balls and nets provided at… the RA Centre. Players build stickhandling, passing, shooting and positioning before moving into the games that fill much of each session. Beginners and returning players are welcome, and the coaching stays positive and development-focused throughout.
Our Ball Hockey Program for ages 6–8 is all about learning the game through action, energy, and fun! Kids will stickhandle, pass, shoot, play games, take on challenges, and build confidence every time they step onto the floor.
Our Ball Hockey Program for ages 9–12 is all about fast feet, quick passes, big shots, and tons of fun! Players will stickhandle, shoot, defend, compete in exciting games, and build confidence while bringing the energy each week.
Individual registration
Our 4v4 Ball Hockey FUN League for ages 13–15 features fast games, quick passes, and lots of shots! Each session includes a skill focus, a drill, and scrimmage time to apply what players learned. It’s non-competitive, and builds confidence through positive, supportive game play!
