The RA Centre is where Junior Athletes began, and it still offers the widest choice of programs: basketball, soccer, volleyball, ball hockey, multi-sport and pickleball… for ages 2–15. Families in central and south Ottawa can pick sessions that match their child’s age, interests and experience, from Parent & Tot play through to recreational leagues, all led by positive, development-focused coaches.
Our Parent & Tot Multi-Sport Program is all about moving, playing, laughing, and trying new things together! Little athletes will explore basketball, soccer, football, and fun active games alongside their parent or caregiver while building confidence, coordination, and a love for play.

Our Basketball Program for ages 4–5 is all about big energy, little hoops, and lots of fun! Kids will dribble, pass, shoot, run, and play their way through exciting games while building confidence, coordination, and a love for basketball.
