Junior Athletes programs for ages 9–12 give athletes more decisions to make and more game time to make them in, across basketball, soccer, ball hockey… volleyball and pickleball at locations around Ottawa. Clear instruction leads into focused drills and small-sided play. Beginners and returning players are welcome, and coaching stays positive so confidence and teamwork grow alongside skill.

Our 3v3 Basketball FUN League for ages 9–10 features fast games, more touches, and lots of action! Each session includes a skill focus, a drill, and scrimmage time to apply what players learned. It’s non-competitive, and builds confidence through positive, supportive game play!

Our Ball Hockey Program for ages 9–12 is all about fast feet, quick passes, big shots, and tons of fun! Players will stickhandle, shoot, defend, compete in exciting games, and build confidence while bringing the energy each week.
Our Volleyball Program for ages 9–12 is all about big rallies, quick moves, teamwork, and lots of fun! Players will learn to serve, pass, set, move, and play through exciting games and challenges while building confidence on the court.
