Sunday morning soccer and basketball for ages 2–12 at Katimavik Elementary.
Families in Kanata, Bridlewood, Hazeldean and Ottawa’s west end can join Junior Athletes on Sunday mornings at Katimavik Elementary. Soccer runs for ages 2–8 and… recreational basketball for ages 9–12, combining simple instruction, active games and positive coaching. Beginners are always welcome, and the back-to-back Sunday schedule often lets siblings in different age groups play during the same morning.
Our Parent & Tot Soccer Program is the perfect first kick at the game! Little athletes will dribble, kick, chase, run, and play through fun soccer games alongside their parent or caregiver while building confidence, coordination, and big smiles along the way.
Our Soccer Program for ages 4–5 is all about running, kicking, scoring, and having fun! Kids will explore dribbling, passing, movement, teamwork, and exciting soccer games while building confidence and a love for the game.
Our Soccer Program for ages 6–8 is all about fast feet, big kicks, teamwork, and fun! Players will dribble, pass, shoot, play exciting games, and build confidence while learning the game in a positive, high-energy environment.
Individual registration
Our 3v3 Basketball FUN League for ages 9–10 features fast games, more touches, and lots of action! Each session includes a skill focus, a drill, and scrimmage time to apply what players learned. It’s non-competitive, and builds confidence through positive, supportive game play!
