Parent & Tot programs give children ages 2–3 their first taste of organized sport with a caregiver beside them. Soccer and multi-sport sessions across Ottawa… use simple activities, plenty of running and friendly encouragement to build balance, coordination and comfort with sport equipment. Nothing needs to be mastered and no experience is required, so the aim is happy, active first experiences.
Our Parent & Tot Multi-Sport Program is all about moving, playing, laughing, and trying new things together! Little athletes will explore basketball, soccer, football, and fun active games alongside their parent or caregiver while building confidence, coordination, and a love for play.
